ENERGY SYSTEMS, as a result of close cooperation with the OPTIMUM group of companies within the framework of the certification project, presented the “11 Solar Power Plants in Armenia” project in the Aragatsotn and Gegharkunik regions, taking a big step towards the green future of the planet Earth and contributing to the sustainable development of the country. The goal of the project is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by generating electricity from renewable energy sources and integrating the plants into the Armenian electricity grid. The total installed capacity of the plants is 55 MW. The project was implemented by New Energy, EES, Energy Systems, AS Energy, Ventus Energy, Promsun, Helios Energy and Bari Arev, representing Armenia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Great Britain and India.
